Rosalia Zagami, Co-Educator
I graduated from Swinburne University of Technology in 2008. I have a Certificate III in Children’s Service. I was a family day carer for over 20 years with the City of Darebin. I became a member of the Northern Darebin Kindergarten Association (NDCKA) in 2013 and have been working at Blake Street Kindergarten as a co-educator since. I also work as one of the co-educators at Maryborough Avenue Kindergarten for the 4-year-old group.
I enjoy working with young children and understand each individual child has different needs. As an early childhood educator, I like to build a positive relationship with the families by listening to them and helping them find the support they need in the local community.
I have four daughters and eight grandchildren. I love taking my grandchildren out and spending time with my family. I also enjoy cooking and gardening in my spare time.
